Privacy Policy

This policy describes the image and video editors, account sign-in and report form provided by Zilocrop.

Your editor media

Files selected in the editors are processed in your browser. The editing workflow does not send these files to our server for rendering. Your device holds temporary media and previews while you work; downloaded exports are saved to the location you choose. Keep your originals, because temporary projects may be lost when you refresh or close the page.

Accounts and browser storage

Sign-in and registration use Google Firebase Authentication. Firebase receives your email, password and any display name you enter. Authentication can store session information in browser storage so you stay signed in. Sign out on shared devices. Browser caches may also retain site resources. Older versions of Zilocrop stored feedback and interface preferences locally; those entries may remain until you clear site data.

Reports

Submitting feedback sends your message, page path, submission time and, if signed in, your account UID to Cloud Firestore. Reports start with an open status and are intended for the site administrator to review and resolve. We do not ask for media attachments or a reply email. Avoid sensitive information. Contact Aromal if you want a report or account removed; requests require enough information to identify the record.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website, and Google provides Firebase and SDK resources. These providers receive ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses, when your browser connects. Their own policies apply to their services. Following the Instagram contact link opens a separate service.

Analytics and advertising

This version does not add analytics collection or advertising units. A Firebase measurement identifier is present in the configuration, but the application does not initialize Firebase Analytics. This policy should be updated before new tracking or advertising is enabled.
